Congratulations to Pablo Sierra Silva on the publication of his book, Urban Slavery in Colonial Mexico: Puebla de los Angeles, 1531-1706 by Cambridge University Press. An assistant professor in the Department of History at the University of Rochester (New York), Pablo noted that the book “is very much a product of my years at UCLA.”
