Sanjay Subrahmanyam Awarded 2018 Martine Aublet Prize

L'Inde Sous Les Yeux De L'EuropeThe Martine Aublet Prize for 2018 was awarded to Sanjay for his book, L’inde sous les yeux de l’Europe: mots, peuples, empires (Alma Editeur, 2018), by the Musée de Quai Branly. This prize is for a non fiction work (in French) from the fields of  Anthropology, Ethnography, Ethnology, History of Art, or History, which has made a significant contribution to understanding non western civilizations and cultures.  Sanjay was awarded the prize and a cheque of 10,000 euros at an award dinner that took place at the Musée du Quai Branly in Paris on September 10.
