Andrea Goldman has won an Frederic E. Wakeman, Jr. Fellowship in Chinese History for next year for her project: The Frenchman and the Chinese Opera: Imperialism, Homoeroticism, and Transnational Masculinities in China, 1900-1950. After four years of herculean effort as our Vice-Chair of Undergraduate Studies, Andrea will be able to enjoy a fellowship year.
