Masayoshi Yamada (2022 PhD Candidate)
Masayoshi has contributed a book chapter, entitled “You’re My Pin-up Girl!: The Politics of Jazz Fandom and the Making of Mary Lou Williams in the 1940s,” to an edited collection, Transpacific Correspondence: Dispatches from Japan’s Black Studies, edited by Yuichiro Onishi and Fumiko Sakashita (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019).
