Geoffrey Robinson Receives Society for Military History 2020 Distinguished Book Award

Geoffrey RobinsonGeoffrey Robinson’s The Killing Season: A History of the Indonesian Massacres, 1965-66 has been selected as the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Book Award for the Non-U.S. history category by the Society for Military History. The awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020 during the Society’s annual meeting in Arlington, Virginia. The author of each prize-winning book will receive recognition at the awards presentation, an award plaque, and a $1000 prize.
