The new report on homelessness by the Luskin Center for History and Policy was featured in a story by the UCLA Newsroom and examines the historical roots and causes of the disastrous homelessness crisis in Los Angeles, and suggests some innovative policy solutions. The research was conducted by Dr. Kirsten Moore-Sheeley, Jessica Richards, Marques Vestal, Fernanda Jahn-Verri, Andrew Klein, Alisa Belinkoff Katz, and Zev Yaroslavsky.
