Stella Ghervas, recipient of the 2023 Laura Shannon Prize in Contemporary European Studies, will be delivering this year’s Laura Shannon Prize Lecture titled “The Peace Conundrum in European History” at the University of Notre Dame on Thursday, November 2, 2023.
