Desmond Fonseca Publishes in African Studies Review
Desmond Fonseca, a 5th year Ph.D. candidate in the department of History, has recently published an article, “Underground Revolutionaries: The PAIGC, Leninism, and the Decolonization of Cabo Verde” in the African Studies Review. Desmond’s dissertation focuses on the history of the PAIGC in the decolonization of Cape Verde and the party’s place in the global revolutionary era of anti-imperialism during the Cold War.
