Pin-Hua Chou, awarded 2026 EFEO Grant

Congratulations to Ph.D. candidate, Pin-Hua Chou, for being selected for a 2026 fieldwork grant from the École française d’Extrême-Orient (EFEO).  Pin-Hua’s dissertation research examines the transnational dynamics of ethnological knowledge and museum narratives across Indochina, with particular focus on Vietnam, in relation to France and Japan during the colonial and postcolonial periods.
