HISTORY ACADEMIC AND CAREER COUNSELING

Email Inquiries
Please send all inquiries to undergrad@history.ucla, and provide your name and UID. Given staffing shortages, email turnaround times may take 4-5 business days, though we strive to provide students information as soon as we can.
Submitting Documents
Our department is only accepting electronic copies of all student documentation, not paper copies. To submit any departmental documents - course substitution petitions, Honors thesis, completed College petitions requiring departmental signatures, etc - attach the completed documents to an email that includes your full name and UID, and email to undergrad@history.ucla.edu.
General Deadlines
All History contracts for Contract Courses are due Friday of week 1 of the given course term. Contracts must be completed in full, accurately, and emailed to undergrad@history.ucla.edu.
Major/minor declarations are processed during weeks 4-10 of each quarter.
