Hani Abramson

Biography

Hani is a PhD student at UCLA working on transnational Jewish history in the interwar and immediate postwar period. Her research examines how Jewish communities negotiated modern collective identity through public performances of femininity and belonging, drawing on sources in Yiddish, Arabic, Hebrew, and Polish.
